FAQ
Will you Photoshop my images to hide any unwanted spots, wrinkles, etc?
All good image will be post-processed to my signature, bright and dreamy style. I believe our imperfections are what make us beautiful & unique. but if there are specific edits you want, these will be charged according to the number and complexity of edits.
How far in advance should I book my wedding/session?
The earlier the better so you can secure my slot on your desired date. Certain packages also have a special discount if booked and deposit put down 6 months prior.
What happens if rain is forecasted?
If the forecast is really bad, I would recommend postponing the pre-wedding shoot. However, from experience, weather forecast is hardly reliable in Singapore so I recommend we play by ear. Rain on the photoshoot day isn't ideal but if it is just light showers, we can still get great pictures during pockets of clear skies or possibly shift to a sheltered location. Still probably a good idea to bring an umbrella though =)
How many photographs will I get ?
I generally deliver at least 30 photos per hour for Actual Day wedding , often much more. My clients never complain of too little pictures.
I'm terrible at posing
You have absolutely NOTHING to worry about! I will tell you everything you need to know and find your best angles so you don't need to know how to model at all!
How long will it take for me to receive my photos?
I deliver within 21 days and previews are provided within 72 hours.
Are you sure you can deliver so fast ? my friend only got her wedding pictures months later!
A: I am capable at utilising my equipments so I aim to get things right within the camera. I also avoid overbooking myself so I have time to dedicate to each couple and provide the best possible experience you can get.
Which is why it is essential for you to book early to reserve your dates.
Digital files?
A: I deliver your files quickly and easily via an online gallery and a separate download link. You will have the ability to print, share and download your images as much as you want. I believe in freely sharing my work because that is what I would want if I were in your shoes!
Do you offer Albums?
Yes! I work with an awesome professional local Print company to offer premium, archival grade products at very affordable rates. The albums, prints and canvases we offer are guaranteed to last at least 25 years!
How long will the Web gallery last?
They will remain online for a minimum of 2 months and I encourage clients to download everything within the duration as I cannot guaranteed longevity on my end.
What is your shooting style?
For Actual Day weddings, there will be parts of the day where I will need to be in control in order to get the best result while staying on schedule. Other parts of the day, you shouldn't even know I'm there. I highly recommend having a Pre-wedding session prior to the actual day wedding so I can teach you how to pose and both of you will be feel more natural during the actual wedding.
